Family Health Care Clinic offers our patients a FREE diabetes support class. Offered on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 pm, the sessions last about one hour.

Topics include blood sugars, glucometers, foot care, healthy meal planning and activities. Ask your medical provider for a referral.
