Community Diabetes Education

Lindsborg Community Hospital is pleased to offer our patients a FREE diabetes education class, "Journey for Control". The program, taught by certified diabetes educators, include nurses, pharmacists, dieticians and physical therapists. The curriculum is approved by the American Diabetes Association
