Radiology Open House

Lindsborg Community Hospital will host a radiology open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, November 24. The event is free and open to the public, offering visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the hospital’s radiology department. Guests will have the opportunity to view advanced imaging equipment and meet with experienced technologists to learn more about the imaging services offered locally.

LCH radiology provides a comprehensive range of imaging exams performed by highly qualified technologists, including CT scans, ultrasound, echocardiograms and X-rays. The department is also proud to present newly expanded in-house services for 3D mammography and bone density (DEXA) testing.

Previously offered only through a mobile unit, these services are now available on-site, providing patients with improved scheduling options and access to the latest imaging technology. The addition of these services supports early detection and preventive care - a vital step in LCH’s ongoing commitment to serving the healthcare needs of the Smoky Valley community.

Refreshments will be served at the open house. Visitors attending the event can learn more about how these technologies work, what to expect during an exam, and how imaging plays a key role in diagnosis and treatment planning.
